If you feel comfortable, send your complete order, for a quick turn around on your sharpening needs. When shipping to us, make sure to include a business card along with any important information. Make sure you wrap files tightly with a strong tape, so they don't rub up against each other. When sending drills or endmills make sure they are put in a strong box. Cutting tools have a tendency to break out of a box where they get lost in UPS. Cut the corners of your box & fold the box down on the tools, so they can't move around.
